We had a busy day imagining, moving, and creating in the forest today. In the morning many children were wolves howling. In the afternoon many children came up with their own version of hide and seek. In both groups they were busy building and creating.
Today was also our first time with the campfire. We enjoyed roasting a marshmallow and eating our snack by the fire.
One standard addressed today was: Approaches to Learning: Curiosity, Engagement, and Persistence--A.EL. 1 Displays curiosity, risk-taking, and willingness to engage in new experiences.
