It was another gorgeous day to be in the woods. We found tracks, bugs, worms, bigger leaves, and small flowers. We enjoyed oatmeal in the afternoon by the campfire. After lunch we joined Mrs. Hruby's class by the pond and saw frogs. In our own area we rebuild the big house and decided it was a workout place--lots of bench pressing. In the digging area we were busy mixing cakes and soup. It was a great day to relax, talk with friends, and imagine.
One standard addressed today was Approaches to Learning: Diversity in Learning--C. EL. 1 Experiences a variety of routines, practices, and languages.
