Forest Day March 2, 2020

After reading about dinosaurs, we headed down to the pond area just to take a look. On the way we found an owl pellet in the morning and discovered a small bone inside. In the afternoon we heard an owl and found part of the same owl pellet from the morning. In the afternoon at the pond we found a couple snails.

Back in our classroom we were busy moving, imagining, and singing. By afternoon there was more mud than the morning and a 12" water puddle. We were messy but learning all day.
