We enjoyed the warm weather while we played, explored, and imagined in the forest today. Lots of building--deer shacks, houses, and castles. There were dogs, cats, princesses, queens, dinosaurs, Elsa freezing the teachers, and others unfreezing us. One child made a couple letters of her name (A, y) with sticks--look closely the picture is upside down. We were also busy running and climbing. In the morning, a few children worked on removing a small tree with no branches--after 30 minutes of chopping, digging, and twisting we got out the saw and those that wanted a turn had a turn to use the saw to finally remove it. At the campfire we roasted string cheese--so good!
