We enjoyed the very early spring like weather--by afternoon it was in the mid 60s. We had our first visit to the pond area. We found large logs for balancing on and high stumps to climb up on (some children said they were eagles sitting on them). By the pond we looked for snails and tadpoles but didn't see any today. In the afternoon the first graders joined us and the children with siblings in that class had fun playing with each other. Up in our regular area there was LOTS of running, some building, and some digging.
