Forest Day November 11, 2024

We had a beautiful day to explore and interact in the forest. There was a breeze so we could hear the wind blow through the branches and watch the trees tops dance. We checked on our pumpkins again--they are getting softer and a little gooey inside--the AM one became pieces before we left. The PM one is still holding together. Imaginations were busy--there were many cats, an airplane, campfire, jail, deer stands, an engine, and more. There was also lots of physical activity including trying to pull down a skinny dead tree, digging a broken bush out by the roots, balancing, jumping, running, and climbing. There are fewer AM pics because somebody (okay it was me) forgot the ipad at school. Here is a glimpse at our day.
