Forest Day Oct 29, 2018

We had a beautiful fall day in the forest. We were so busy moving our bodies and using our imaginations. We saw more play including partners and small groups of children. We heard talk about Superman, the Cat in the Hat, Fort Nite, and a giant saying "Fee Fi Fo Fum". Here are a few things we did today:

 Finding "gold"--the small rock was the gold

Just before going to play each child was asked to find two different leaves and tell us why they were different--some found different sizes, some found different colors, and some found different shapes of leaves.
