What a difference a week makes--last week snow and this week in the 60s & 70s. The forest smelled like fall--freshly fallen, damp leaves everywhere. We found many worms, a moth, and in the afternoon-- a snake. There was running, jumping, balancing, climbing, a hair stylist, zombie chasers and some fort building. Here is a peek at our day:
One Standard addressed today was Approaches to Learning--Curiosity, Engagement, and Persistence--A.EL. 2 Engages in meaningful learning through attempting, repeating, experimenting, refining, and elaborating on experiences and activities.
