What a beautiful day to welcome spring! With the sun shining and very little breeze it wasn't long and many children were shedding their layers. We also took group pictures with the kindergarten classes.
Today we enjoyed a campfire treat of popcorn and root beer provided by Landon's grandpa for both the AM and PM classes. Thank you!
We also spent time:
imagining and pretending,
pine needles are money from the money tree
Martin and Chris from "Wild Kratts"
a puppy and his owner
vacuuming Mrs. Hruby
making food for the 3 Little Pigs
carrying a large spider (the branch was the spider)
a mom and her baby
a big sister, a mom, a baby
"I got a good looking bear." (invisible on the ground)
"A campfire I made"
"I'm a little pony and this is my little pony killer thing"
"I'm gonna find some bag guys to keep in a cage"
"I lock people in jail too"
digging,
and building.
By the end we were tired!
We will have to wait 2 weeks before we head back out--next week is Spring Break! Hopefully you can enjoy some outside time as a family.
